Fitness Friday | Best Stroller Posture

Don’t get me wrong, I’m an advocate of being a good steward of your body.    But…   Let us not forget…     This body is temporary. Our beauty is  found in who we are in Christ. Time in God’s Word is better than a morning jog. We should spend more time on our character than our make-up. Godliness is for eternal purpose.   “For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.” 1 Timothy 4:8
