I’M GOING TO LOVE THESE WORKOUTS!!! I’M SO EXCITED!!! There will be no boredom or getting used to these. At some point I will probably want to quit or die or throw up but hey that is a sign of a great workout right!!?!?! Ha!
Sitting down at the computer I realize its 7:15am and I’ve just finished my first real workout in months. My little Shiloh is 2 months old and since she has been born the only real exercise I have done is walking…pushing a triple jogger up hills…but walking nonetheless.
My husband set up the garage as our Insanity room so I could pull out the car and do workouts in the mornings before the kids wake up . He threw a couple old mats on the floor to absorb the shock from all the jumping we will be doing. About 5 minutes into the fit test I was grateful for those mats!!!
If the fit test was a real test I would have received a big fat F. I would honestly be proud if I did half of what those people did. Yes, this would have been the first 50 would have enjoyed.
So here are my results:
- Switch Kicks- 65
- Power Jacks- 25
- Power Knees- 56
- Power Jumps- 8
- Globe Jumps- 5
- Push-up Jacks- 8
- Low Plank Oblique- 20
There is a certain anticipation to see what these numbers will look like in two weeks. I’m hoping my desire to improve my numbers sustains me through the tougher days!!
